Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $5.99. Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after shipment. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Order Processing
Please allow time for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

Multiple Packages
Some items may be shipped separately. If you order multiple products, they may arrive in more than one package or on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping because your order arrives separately.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KavrioPets cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
